Boden Warehouse Associates work in an upbeat, fast-paced team environment while striving to deliver an amazing experience to shoppers by carrying out the following responsibilities: Job Summary: Carry out various warehouse tasks to support the goal of fulfilling and processing customer orders in a timely and efficient manner while reflecting the Boden brand expectations.
Requirements
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Previous work experience in a warehouse environment, preferred
- Basic computer skills
- Familiarity with wireless handheld devices
- Ability to understand and adhere to all safety guidelines and procedures

Responsibilities
- Perform a variety of warehouse tasks that support meeting Boden customer needs
- Pick customer/wholesale orders
- Pack and ship customer/wholesale orders
- Process and refurbish returned merchandise
- Stock, audit, replenish, relocate and ticket merchandise
- Receive deliveries, unload and unpack merchandise
- Perform quality checks on garments
- Follow departmental processes as applicable to each area
- Meet and maintain set productivity goals
- Perform tasks accurately and timely, keeping error rates to a minimum
- Demonstrate acceptable workplace behaviors
- Maintain acceptable attendance standards
- Clean up and organize work areas to ensure a safe working environment
- Work collaboratively within a team environment
- Participate as an active and positive team member in all areas, improving efficiencies
- Have flexibility and willingness to perform a variety of tasks throughout the Warehouse
