Such tasks may include but not limited to: feeder, knock out, fill/wrap, box, and palletizing.

Requirements

• High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Ability to read and understand instructions.
• Maintain good sanitation and housekeeping practices.
• Comply with all quality system and regulatory requirements.
• Work in a safe and efficient manner.
• Requires regular attendance.

Responsibilities

• Manually feed cheese to conveyor belt to scale and wrapper.
• Monitor cheese on the belt, ensuring continuous movement through he line.
• Fill cases with good packages, either by count or weight, and push filled cases into carton sealers.
• Stack completed cases on pallet, making sure current pallet configuration and count as stated on the product template.
• Clean and sanitize production equipment.
• Fill/operate dry ingredient dispensers as needed.
• Change tape in carton sealers.
• Return rejected packages from the casing area to packing area, open rejected packages onto line or into barrels.
• Inspects trucks for general cleanliness and suitability to transport product.
• Verifies that pallet, box, tag, barcode, and tally sheet information is accurate.
• Requires regular attendance.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
