Safely use forklifts and other equipment needed for the job task
Observe all safety requirements and maintain the work area in a neat and orderly condition

Responsibilities

receiving shipments
restocking orders
keeping track of inventory
shipping orders to customers
maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the warehouse space
Pull tools and fixtures as needed for production and the tool room
Put tools and fixtures away when returned to the warehouse
Assist with pulling part orders from the warehouse and stage for shipping
Pull packaging and components for production and coordinate the inventory level of packaging
Put finished goods in the warehouse and record moves for inventory accuracy
Pull part orders from the warehouse and stage for shipping
Load trucks and complete appropriate paperwork for shipments
Unload and warehouse items from trucks and complete documentation according to procedures
Order trucks for shipments
Run reports as needed to catch drop shipments
Scan all materials, components, WIP, and Finished Goods being removed from or added to the warehouse
Maintain control of inventory in and out of the warehouse by manning and controlling the Gate
Perform inventory control functions within the warehouse
