SUMMARY Stocking of fixed and portable concession locations and vending commissaries to the proper par levels set forth by the Warehouse Supervisor or Purchasing and Warehouse Manager. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Pre-event setup and post-event breakdown of special event locations and concessions portables Responsible for cleaning all concessions equipment and performing preventative maintenance as necessary Ensure proper food handling, sanitation, and product safeguarding practices are being followed at all times Stocking of concession locations pre, during, and post events as needed Securing all product at conclusion of events Removal of waste from locations Special projects and assignments as business dictates.
