Responsibilities

• Become proficient in all areas of F&B operations including point-of-sale software, stocking, food prep and cooking, and guest relations.
• Assist guests with selection of food items and answer guest questions in a knowledgeable and professional manner.
• Use equipment as outlined and report any issues to leadership.
• Operate the point-of-sale system and follow cash control procedures.
• Learn and practice kitchen safety and utilize PPE.
• Obtain Food handlers and TABC certifications within the first 60 days of employment.
• Participate in beginning and end-of-day cleaning duties including sweeping, mopping, cleaning restrooms, and collecting trash.
• May be assigned tasks as needed to consistently ensure guest satisfaction, maintain cleanliness, and uphold safety standards.
