Crafty’s Food & Beverage Senior Associates are the face of our in-office Concierge pantry program, delivering the highest quality client experience, centered around hospitality and operations. They are the main point of contact on the ground for our client, and are focused on - and have the agency to deliver - the best client experience. They are the human element and the friendly face that leads client-site execution on a daily basis; owning product merchandising, inventory management & order replacement, in addition to equipment management. Crafty is looking for a Senior Associate whose responsibilities will include: Merchandising: Take pride in your spaces by maintaining client’s office kitchens & pantries and highly organized storage rooms Customer Service: Engage with our clients and other Crafty team members onsite, delivering the highest quality service Maintenance + Inventory: Perform routine maintenance on machines (such as coffee & kegerators), quality control checks, and completion of task lists (inventory, budget) Communication: Communicate and escalate any location needs or safety concerns to the Crafty team, and accurately complete pre/post route paperwork This role is a full-time, hourly role within Crafty. This role supports two of our San Francisco clients Monday through Friday from 6:30am - 2:30pm by meeting the skill-based qualifications below: Required Attributes: Client Obsessed: Demonstrates a deep commitment to understanding and exceeding client needs and preferences, consistently showing eagerness and patience in all client interactions. Must be able to remain stationary for 50% of the time and capable of pushing, pulling, and lifting boxes weighing up to 50 pounds throughout the client site as needed Collaborative: Encompasses the ability to work effectively with others towards shared goals while providing and receiving constructive input to enhance individual and team performance Demonstrates a team-oriented approach, emphasizing teamwork, supportive behavior, constructive conflict resolution, and a commitment to shared success.
