About The Position

The Warehouse Associate is responsible for efficiently handling, moving, loading, and unloading materials using manual processes or material handling equipment (MHE). This role supports day-to-day warehouse operations including shipping, receiving, inventory control, and order fulfillment.

Requirements

  • Experienced individual contributor with the ability to work independently under limited supervision
  • Strong attention to detail with proven experience in shipping, receiving, logistics, warehouse operations, or inventory control
  • Ability to train and support junior team members; may serve as a lead in daily workflow
  • Capable of solving moderately complex problems through analysis and sound judgment
  • Skilled in explaining procedures, policies, and best practices to cross-functional partners
  • Provides senior-level administrative or technical support related to warehouse and logistics functions
  • Works within established procedures but can determine methods for new assignments
  • May act as an informal team leader to support workflow and operational accuracy
  • Associate degree or equivalent experience with 3+ years of relevant functional experience OR High School Diploma or equivalent with 5+ years of warehouse, logistics, or material handling experience (senior-level preferred)
  • Strong understanding of warehouse operations with the ability to perform a wide range of tasks
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, warehouse management systems (WMS), and inventory tracking tools
  • Experience using material handling equipment (MHE) preferred
  • Please be prepared to pass a drug test and successfully pass a pre-employment (post offer) background check.
