We’re looking for a Distribution Center / Warehouse Associate to join our growing Syracuse, NY Branch. If you enjoy hands-on work, staying organized, working as part of a team, and helping customers get exactly what they need - this is the role for you. What You’ll Do As a Distribution Center / Warehouse Associate, you’ll help keep our inventory moving accurately and efficiently. You’ll:

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Ability to stand, walk, lift, and carry items throughout the day
• Ability to lift and move 50+ lbs. frequently and 20+ lbs. constantly
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to communicate clearly (written and verbal)
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Valid NYS driver’s license (must be maintained throughout employment)
• Basic computer skills (email, data entry, simple navigation)
• Willingness to follow procedures and safety requirements
• A commitment to uphold Haun values: Helpful, Humble, Heart-driven, and Honest

Nice To Haves

• Prior warehouse experience is helpful, but not required

Responsibilities

• Pull customer orders, branch transfers, and delivery stock
• Receive incoming product and verify accuracy
• Maintain and manage inventory levels
• Perform general warehousing functions (stocking, organizing, staging orders)
• Work closely with other departments to ensure smooth workflow
• Follow all safety procedures and maintain a clean, organized workspace
• Complete required paperwork with accuracy and attention to detail
• Perform other warehouse duties as assigned
