About The Position

In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be: Handle and identify material Manually load FedEx Ground small parcel cartons Daily follow-up of all warehouse related functions, including housekeeping Cross- train in other departments Miscellaneous tasks assigned by supervisor For This Role, You Will Need: High School diploma or equivalent experience required Communication Skills Basic math skills including counting Detailed oriented with ability to follow specific instructions Able to meet department quality, attendance, and productivity requirements Lift max of 50lbs; tools available to assist with lifting and moving heavier items Able to stand, squat, bend, lift, and lean for up to 8 hours per day Preferred Qualifications that Set You Apart: Prior warehouse or operations experience Our Culture & Commitment to You At Emerson, we prioritize a workplace where every employee is valued, respected, and empowered to grow.
