About The Position
National Trade Supply has immediate openings for Warehouse Associates at our Greenwood, Indiana, facility. National Trade Supply is a consumable goods manufacturer of air and water filtration products for your home. Compensation/Benefits: Direct Hire, Full-time Position $18.00/Hour 17 Days of PTO, 22 Days at 1st Anniversary Medical, Dental, Vision, STD, Life Insurance Onsite Success Coach 5, 8-Hour Shifts (8:00AM - 4:30PM), potential 4, 10-Hour Shifts Occasional Overtime Available Onsite Food Market On-the-Job Training AAA, Verizon Wireless Discount Gym Membership Reimbursement Employee discount on air and water filters Responsibilities: Fulfillment & Shipping Pick, pack, and ship filter products according to customer and Amazon FBA requirements Prepare Amazon FBA shipments, including case packing, palletizing, and shipment documentation Ensure products meet Amazon FBA packaging, labeling, and prep standards Verify quantities, SKUs, and shipment accuracy prior to outbound shipment Load and unload shipments and prepare products for carrier pickup Requirements Required: 1+ year of experience in a warehouse, fulfillment, or logistics environment preferred. Basic understanding of warehouse processes and safety procedures. Comfortable using warehouse management systems (WMS), handheld scanners, or related technology. Ability or willingness to drive PIT’s Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Reliable and able to work in a fast-paced environment. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and stand or walk for extended periods. Physical Demands: This position requires long periods of standing up to 8 hours. This position also requires repetitive movement of fingers, hands, and arms. Working Environment: Working conditions are typical for a warehouse environment. Salary Description $18.00 / Hour
Requirements
- 1+ year of experience in a warehouse, fulfillment, or logistics environment preferred.
- Basic understanding of warehouse processes and safety procedures.
- Comfortable using warehouse management systems (WMS), handheld scanners, or related technology.
- Ability or willingness to drive PIT’s
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Reliable and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and stand or walk for extended periods.
Responsibilities
