About The Position

We are seeking a Warehouse Associate who will support all facets of warehouse operations, including material handling, shipping, and receiving. This role is essential for maintaining the efficient flow of materials throughout the facility. The Warehouse Associate will perform daily operational tasks, collaborate with team members, and ensure adherence to safety standards and procedures. This position requires a hands-on approach and attention to detail to ensure accurate and timely fulfillment of orders. The Warehouse team within the Service Center of Excellence is responsible for service, repair, testing, evaluation, and field support. They manage shipping, receiving, and material handling for material in the Symbotic Wilmington location. They primarily focus is on supporting repair and service material needs to support customer service requirements. The warehouse team collaborates closely with other departments to support shipping/receiving needs and to ensure material movement transactions are accurate.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED.
  • Minium Two (2) years of experience in warehouse operations, inventory control and logistics, materials handling, storage layout, and shipping and receiving.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to lift and move materials safely.
  • Commitment to safety and operational procedures.
  • Eager to show initiative, drive productivity, maintenance quality.
  • Excellent safety record.

Nice To Haves

  • Enhanced knowledge of SAP or other warehouse management systems is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Manually pick small parts and sub-assemblies to fulfill repair operations and customer orders accurately.
  • Execute bin-to-bin transfers and maintain stock replenishment using SAP S/4 Hana EWM and handheld RF devices.
  • Manage SAP fulfillment for Sales Orders, Stock Transfer Orders (STO), and Inbound/Outbound RMA transactions.
  • Process UPS shipments and prepare materials for transport, ensuring all serial numbers and documentation are captured.
  • Safely operate forklifts and pallet jacks to maneuver materials, including stacking pallets in high-bay racks up to 46 feet.
  • Load, unload, and prepare mobile robots (bots) for shipment or repair, coordinating closely with the logistics team.
  • Maintain warehouse organization using FIFO (First-In, First-Out) principles to rotate merchandise and refill slots.
  • Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and daily transactions using SAP reporting and MS Excel.
  • Ensure all work meets strict production, repair, quality, and safety standards.
  • Safely transport and distribute materials to designated warehouse locations and trailers.
  • Support repair operations through material handling and perform additional tasks as assigned.
