About The Position

Are you a detail-oriented problem-solver who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment? We're looking for a dedicated Warehouse Associate to join our WMS (Warehouse Management System) team. In this role, you will be responsible for a variety of tasks related to processing merchandise, managing inventory, and ensuring a smooth flow of goods within our distribution center. Requirements

  • Technical Proficiency: Strong computer skills, including experience with MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook), and WMS software (JDA, Dallas-EXE).
  • Problem-Solving: Strong analytical, research, and problem-solving skills.
  • Attention to Detail: Above-average math and counting skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and maintain accuracy.
  • Safety and Operations: Certification in material handling equipment is required. You must be able to lift up to 75 lbs and work in a high-stress environment.
  • Communication: Good listening, oral, and written communication skills.
  • Work Ethic: An excellent attendance record, with the willingness to work additional hours and flex your schedule as business needs require.

Responsibilities

  • Inventory and Return Processing: Process in-house damages and manage product returns to vendors. This includes pulling, packing, and loading products for shipment.
  • System and Data Management: Enter new product information into the WMS, perform new product set-up functions, and verify data accuracy after host download or manual entry.
  • Equipment Operation: Safely operate a variety of warehouse equipment, including pallet jacks, TCMs, Cherry Pickers, Turret Trucks, and Reach Trucks. You must be comfortable working at heights up to 35 feet.
  • Collaboration: Work as a team member, communicating with fellow associates and building relationships with corporate product managers and inventory analysts.
  • General Support: Print location labels, perform filing and record-keeping tasks, and assist with general department duties as needed.
