About The Position

We are seeking a reliable and motivated CDL-A Driver with Tanker endorsement to join our team! This is a hybrid position with approximately 75% warehouse work and 25% CDL driving. Whether you're on the road or in the warehouse, compensation remains consistent across all duties. Pay is $28-$30 per hour with a $3000 Sign on Bonus paid out in 4 installments. Job Objective: Manage inventory, prepare orders, and ensuring timely and safe delivery of goods to customers. Assist warehouse management daily by demonstrating leadership within the warehouse team. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: In addition to the essential job functions described below, all associates will perform duties requested by management. Assigned responsibilities and duties may vary based upon location size and operation.

Requirements

Valid Class A Commercial Driver’s license with tanker endorsement is required.
Must have valid DOT Medical Card.
Verifiable clean driving record. Both must be kept current

Vision: minimum vision required to prevent injury from oneself and others
Hearing: perceiving the nature of sounds with or without correction
Talking: expressing or exchanging ideas by means of the spoken word
Lifting small, weighed objects constantly; 20 pound objects frequently and 50-100 pound objects occasionally
Climbing ladders, stairs and ramps
Balancing, pushing and pulling
Crouching, kneeling, reaching and grasping objects
Walking: move about inside the office and/or branch facilities as well as airport/travel needs
Sit/Stand: Must be able to remain in a stationary position 50 percent of the time
Capable of traveling as required
Attendance on a regular, consistent basis is mandatory, including arriving at the time as scheduled.

Responsibilities

Deliver materials by the time scheduled by your supervisor
Validate directions
Unload or assist in unloading material as required
Ensure that material is properly secured and within weight limits
Ensure delivery of ticket with material and obtain customer signature
Communicate with your supervisor throughout the day
Perform daily pre-trip and post-trip inspections
Comply with all Department of Transportation (DOT) standards and regulations
Deliver product on time while practicing all safe procedures.
Always drive safely and courteously, recognizing that the vehicle and driver are visible symbols of RelaDyne to the public and all customers.
Pull orders for shipment
Place the material in the staging area; return the ticket to the supervisor
Separate material to shipping points
Load outgoing shipment onto trucks
Receive all incoming materials
Unload incoming shipments from trucks
Verify and complete the delivery receipt.
Note damaged or shortage on delivery receipt and have driver initials
Tracks, traces, and updates the status of incoming and outgoing shipments.
Arrange for delivery, assembly, or distribution of supplies or parts to expedite flow of materials and meet production schedules.
Complete all receiving paperwork
Stock and stage received materials
Keep the receiving and shipping areas organized
Organize pallets and other support materials in a safe manner
Pick up customer returns and validate that product matches request for credit
Pick up local-pickup purchase orders
Secure and return packing list(s)
Verify all material has been unloaded and placed at the delivery site
Verify the customer’s signature on the delivery ticket.
Review delivered orders with the supervisor for completion, accuracy, and format
Return all delivery ticket copies to warehouse, and verify that none are missing
Assist in warehouse operations as necessary
Always represent the company in a professional manner - ensuring customer loyalty
Abide by all polices, rules, and regulations of the company including all applicable safety rules, regulations and procedures
