Requirements

  • High School Diploma Required
  • Prior hands‑on experience using SAP, with the ability to perform transactional activities accurately.
  • Working knowledge of inventory transactions and familiarity with shop‑floor or receiving operations.
  • Strong numerical aptitude, including the ability to review, compare, and validate data repeatedly with precision.
  • Proficient organizational skills for managing documents, schedules, calendars, and email communications.

Responsibilities

  • Execute daily transactional activities in SAP and MES, ensuring accurate entry, tracking, and reconciliation of inventory and production data.
  • Maintain organized and up‑to‑date documentation, including processing, filing, and retrieving records needed for audits, production, and quality functions.
  • Coordinate closely with shop‑floor teams, MPPs (manufacturing production planners), Quality Control/Quality Assurance, and Planning to support material movement, receiving activities, and workflow continuity.
  • Monitor and manage incoming communications, including email and delivery schedules, to ensure timely follow‑up and alignment with operational priorities.
  • Perform routine numerical reviews—verifying counts, identifying discrepancies, and validating transactional accuracy with strong attention to detail.
  • Support operational needs by moving between office and shop‑floor environments, assisting with administrative tasks, schedule updates, and other duties as required, including overtime and weekend coverage.
