About The Position

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Unarmed SOC Operator to join our security team in Princeton, NJ. In this role, you will be responsible for monitoring security systems, responding to incidents, and ensuring the safety and security of client assets through proactive surveillance and communication.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent (required)
• NJ SORA (required)
• Ability to sit for extended periods and monitor screens

Nice To Haves

• Previous SOC, dispatch, or security experience (preferred)
• Strong attention to detail and situational awareness
• Basic computer proficiency (Microsoft Office, monitoring systems)
• Excellent communication and report-writing skills
• Ability to remain calm under pressure

Responsibilities

• Monitor CCTV, alarm systems, and access control systems
• Respond promptly to alarms, incidents, and emergencies
• Dispatch security personnel when necessary
• Maintain accurate logs and incident reports
• Communicate effectively with team members and clients
• Follow all standard operating procedures and security protocols
