Requirements

• Entry-level role with limited prior relevant training or work experience.
• Requires basic skills to perform routine tasks.
• Work is prescribed and completed with minimal autonomy, adhering to established procedures.
• Operates under close supervision or clearly defined guidelines.
• Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience; for warehouse-specific roles, at least 5 years of experience is required.
• Strong organizational and communication skills, with the ability to lead and motivate a team.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee labor distribution and workflow to ensure quality and production goals are consistently met.
• Generate and analyze daily and weekly quality and production reports to identify areas for improvement.
• Assist team members through training, problem-solving, and ensuring they have the necessary tools and resources to perform their tasks effectively.
