About The Position

The Fulfillment Associate III prepares our glass for distribution to our field operation teams by performing various functions to meet rigorous shipping timelines to get the right parts to the right team members to serve our customers. This role involves operating and being certified on Material Handling Equipment (MHE) such as forklifts, reach trucks, and order pickers, which can be raised to heights of up to 40 feet. The associate will utilize handheld RF scanners for inventory management, including receiving, picking, shipping, and locating items, with a primary focus on picking glass orders. Occasional driving and delivery of automotive glass, accessories, and parts to store locations may also be required. Adherence to all safety and Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) requirements is essential, along with assisting with offloading tractor trailers and maintaining a secure and clean work area. Requirements

Must be 18 years of age or older.
Valid state-issued driver's license required and any other license(s) (as required by federal, state, and local laws) to operate a company vehicle; must pass a Motor Vehicle Records check (MVR).
Experience with MHE equipment including order picker, forklift, and reach truck.
To safely operate the order picker and comply with equipment manufacturer specifications and required safety regulations, there is a weight limit set at 300 pounds. If you are hired to operate this equipment, you will need to weigh under 300lbs.
Strength to perform physical tasks involving repetitive moving or raising of objects weighing up to 35 pounds, occasionally up to 50 pounds.
Comfortable with working in various environmental conditions, such as seasonal heat or cold, and staying in a stationary position for long shifts.

Responsibilities
