About The Position

The Warehouse Associate I is responsible for supporting daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, picking, packing, and shipping materials. This role ensures inventory accuracy, safe material handling, and timely completion of all warehouse tasks. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, dependable, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, physically active environment.

Requirements

Basic Math skills
Excellent listening and reasoning skills necessary.
Must be an independent thinker.
Self-starter, able to learn new functions quickly and accurately.
Willingness to work on a wide scope of tasks.
Be a team player.
Must be reliable.
Able to read and write information.

Responsibilities

Labeling, picking, packing and scanning orders.
Labels packages with identifying information.
Package apparel and accessories.
Work and communicate with other warehouse employees.
Support day-to-day operations of the warehouse.
Moving materials.
Ability to identify and locate products which require reading and counting.
Maintain an expected work pace and meet minimum productivity guidelines.
Demonstrates mutual trust and respect to all company employees.
Keep a clean and safe working environment.
Report any discrepancies to supervisor or warehouse lead.
Communicate and cooperate with supervisors and coworkers.
Follow quality service standards and comply with procedures, rules, and regulations.
Must follow Attendance and Punctuality policy.
Consider absenteeism, punctuality, and adherence to specified lunch periods and breaktimes.
Must work overtime when required.
Good work ethic and can work well with others.
Must follow all company policies and procedures.
