About The Position

We are currently seeking dependable and motivated Service Pack Associates for a facility in Sterling Heights, MI. In this role, employees will be responsible for repackaging automotive parts for dealerships in a fast-paced production environment.

Requirements

• Previous warehouse, packaging, production, or automotive parts experience is a plus
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Must be dependable and punctual
• Attendance is extremely important
• Must be able to stand for extended periods
• Must be able to lift, move, and handle automotive parts as needed
• Ability to work overtime and weekends based on production needs

Nice To Haves

• Experience in packaging, repacking, warehouse, or automotive-related work
• Ability to follow instructions and work well with a team
• Good work ethic and consistent attendance

Responsibilities

• Repackage automotive parts according to customer and company specifications
• Inspect parts and packaging for accuracy and quality
• Label, sort, organize, and prepare parts for shipment
• Follow work instructions and production schedules
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Work efficiently to meet daily production goals
• Report damaged parts, packaging issues, or discrepancies to supervisor
• Support team members as needed in other packaging or production-related tasks
