Warehouse Associate I
About The Position
As a Warehouse Associate, you will be responsible for receiving and organizing inventory, performing quality checks and triage on electronic devices, along with fulfilling requests to ship products. This position requires exceptional attention to detail, as well as the ability to utilize CRM, inventory, and database systems proficiently. Minimum Qualifications: High School Diploma or equivalency preferred. 1+ years of warehouse/fulfillment experience a plus. Technical certification a plus. Primary Job Functions: Accurately receiving, labeling, and organizing inventory while ensuring all products are stored properly and boxed cleanly. Required to maintain warehouse safety procedures Gathering inventory and preparing for shipments Quality checking of electronic devices Check in, triage, and label returns Perform regular physical inventories Special projects/tasks as assigned The above cited duties and responsibilities describe the general nature and level of work performed by people assigned to the job. Requirements
- Ability to maintain accurate inventory, shipping, receiving, and distribution records.
- Able to work in a progressive process, collaborating directly with other associates/teams to complete tasks.
- Ability to demonstrate good oral and written communication skills.
- Able to pick up on new processes quickly and work independently after instruction
- Must have exceptional attention to detail and warehouse awareness.
- Must be proficient in utilizing CRM, inventory, and database systems.
- High School Diploma or equivalency preferred.
