Position Summary The Warehouse Associate I is an entry-level role responsible for supporting daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, and shipping products. This position plays a key role in maintaining inventory accuracy, ensuring timely order fulfillment, and upholding safety and organizational standards. The role is ideal for individuals looking to build foundational experience in logistics and warehouse operations.

Requirements

  • 0–2 years of experience in a warehouse, logistics, or similar environment (preferred but not required).
  • Ability to lift and move heavy objects (up to 50–75 lbs).
  • Willingness to learn warehouse processes and equipment operation.
  • Basic communication and teamwork skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and reliability.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Basic familiarity with computers or willingness to learn (e.g., Microsoft Office).

Responsibilities

  • Assist with receiving and inspecting incoming shipments for accuracy and quality.
  • Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment according to company standards.
  • Perform general material handling tasks, including lifting, moving, and organizing inventory.
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse environment.
  • Assist with inventory tracking and basic cycle counts.
  • Package products into appropriate containers and prepare them for shipping.
  • Support team members with day-to-day warehouse tasks and large-scale activities.
  • Follow all safety procedures and company policies.
