About The Position

We Ship Express is a nationwide warehousing, fulfillment, and logistics company supporting customers who sell wine, beer, and spirits. Were growing quickly and looking for dependable team members who take pride in accuracy, safety, and great service. About the Role Were hiring a full-time Warehouse Worker & Back Up Cargo Van Driver to join our New Rochelle team. This hybrid role includes both driving and warehouse responsibilities, so flexibility and reliability are key.

Requirements

Valid drivers license
At least 2 years of driving experience
Clean driving record with no moving violations in the last 5 years
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand/walk for an 8-hour shift
Comfortable driving and parking cargo vans
Dependable, punctual, and safety-minded

Nice To Haves

Previous warehouse experience
Experience driving in New York City
Familiarity with pallet jacks or forklifts

Responsibilities

Safely operate a cargo van for scheduled pickups and deliveries
Follow assigned daily routes and delivery timelines
Keep the vehicle clean, organized, and in good working condition
Complete required pre-trip, en-route, and post-trip inspections
Load, unload, and move packages and pallets
Pick, pack, label, and prepare shipments
Perform quality checks on outgoing orders
Use hand pallet jacks, electric pallet jacks, and other equipment (training provided)
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
Support general warehouse tasks as needed
