About The Position

We are seeking a sharp, dependable, and highly motivated Warehouse Associate / Driver who is looking for a long-term opportunity to grow within our company and eventually take on a key role in operations management. This is a full-time, flexible, hands-on position for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is willing to take on a large and varied set of responsibilities. We are looking for a true jack-of-all-trades with a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a willingness to learn every aspect of the business. This role offers significant room for growth, with the opportunity to develop into a leadership position overseeing warehouse operations, purchasing, logistics, and field scheduling. Requirements

  • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
  • Forklift experience preferred (or willingness to be trained)
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
  • Mechanically inclined and comfortable with hands-on work
  • Must be open to flexibility in daily responsibilities and scheduling
  • Willingness to assist technicians/installers in the field as operational needs require
  • Reliable, proactive, and eager to learn
  • Ability to lift and move materials and equipment as needed
  • Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word
  • Comfortable driving throughout the Bay Area
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Detail-oriented, punctual, reliable, and trustworthy
  • Highly adaptable with the ability to manage changing tasks and priorities
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to work independently
  • Strong work ethic with a willingness to learn and master new skills
  • Positive, team-oriented, and customer-focused attitude
  • Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills
  • Takes pride in the quality of their work
  • Comfortable working in a hands-on, fast-paced environment
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

  • Receive, inspect, and ship orders
  • Program equipment and prepare units for deployment
  • Deliver materials, equipment, and completed orders
  • Manage warehouse organization, inventory, and daily operations
  • Assist with building issues, general maintenance, and upkeep
  • Operate forklift equipment safely
  • Build and ship Skyguard boxes
  • Provide backup support for field work, including some public works (PW) assignments
  • Assist our technicians/installers in the field as needed
  • Support project teams with onsite deliveries, setup, and installation assistance
  • Purchasing and vendor coordination
  • Logistics planning for ERRCS/DAS and related projects
  • Field scheduling and workforce coordination
  • Operational support and process improvement
  • Taking on broader day-to-day operations responsibilities
