About The Position

The Warehouse Associate/Driver will help prepare and fulfill orders. They will also be responsible for transporting artificial grass and supplies from the warehouse to customers in a safe and timely manner. They will load and unload the materials to the customer.

Requirements

1 year warehouse experience or comparable work experience.
Knowledge of basic tools, equipment and machinery.
Ability to organize and prioritize tasks and ability to solve practical problems.
Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedures manuals.
Excellent oral and written communication skills.
Strong work ethic and attention to detail.
Valid Driver’s License with good driving record.
High school diploma or equivalent
Ability to lift, carry and deliver heavy items.
Ability to lift, pull, or push 50+ pounds alone
Ability to lift, pull, or push 100+ pounds with assistance.
Ability to crouch, bend, climb stairs/ladders and lift frequently for extended periods.
Ability to stand, sit, or walk for up to eight hours per day.

Nice To Haves

Forklift experience preferred.

Responsibilities

Packaging finished products for delivery.
Preparing documents relating to deliveries.
Reviewing orders before and after delivery to ensure proper delivery is complete.
Ensuring all paperwork/invoices during delivery are properly signed and returned to the warehouse manager.
Transport product with company truck.
Maintain a clean and organized warehouse to ensure inventory accuracy.
Maintain knowledge of products and warehouse organization.
Operating forklift, carpet cutting machine, and company truck.
Performing preventive maintenance on forklift, carpet cutting machine, and company truck.
Assist warehouse staff in fulfilling orders when not on deliveries.
Regular on-site attendance during business hours according to the work schedule.
Other duties as assigned.
