About The Position
Warehouse / Delivery Associate – Grawn, MI All Weather Seal of West Michigan Job Type: Full-Time Schedule: 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM (hours may vary based on business needs) Pay: $16+ (based on experience) All Weather Seal of West Michigan is a family-owned home improvement company serving Northern and Western Michigan for over 40 years. We are seeking a dependable, hard-working Warehouse / Delivery Associate to support our operations out of our Grawn location. This is a physically demanding, hands-on role and is not a sit-down job. Ideal candidates take pride in working hard, staying organized, and showing up ready to work every day. This position also requires experience operating warehouse equipment and working with trailers for deliveries.
Requirements
- Ability to regularly lift 75+ lbs
- Strong work ethic and reliability
- Organized and detail-oriented
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Ability to safely hook up, unhook, and back up a trailer (required)
- Experience operating a forklift (required)
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Nice To Haves
- Warehouse or delivery experience is a plus
Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and move materials safely and efficiently
- Deliver materials to job sites as needed
- Safely hook up, unhook, and back up trailers for deliveries
- Operate a forklift to move and stage materials
- Maintain a clean, organized warehouse
- Stage materials for crews and assist with inventory
- Ensure accurate and timely deliveries
- Follow safety procedures and company standards
