Requirements

• 21 years of age or older
• Valid driver’s license and current DMV abstract
• DOT Medical Examiners Card or ability to obtain one
• Excellent customer service skills
• Self-motivated and detail oriented
• Professional in appearance, communication, and actions
• Ability to learn use of hand held scanners and operating systems
• Completing EDGE in the first 30 days of employment

Responsibilities

• Order Filling/Receiving
• Improve warehouse cleanliness
• Safe forklift driving
• Cutting wire to customer lengths
• Back-up delivery driver
• Safe and reliable delivery to customer job sites, industrial locations, and other North Coast Electric locations
• General warehousing, use of RF system
• Daily pre-route vehicle inspections for safety and vehicle readiness using the Driver’s Vehicle Inspection Report
• Ensure truck is properly loaded, secured, and within the weight limit
• Counter and other sales/support duties as directed
• Other duties as assigned
