About The Position

Kärcher North America is seeking a detail-oriented Quality Specialist to join their team in Fayetteville. This role is crucial for ensuring that outbound shipments reach customers with zero errors and for upholding Kärcher's standard of excellence. The Quality Specialist will be the final line of defense, investigating quality complaints and driving corrective actions that positively impact the company's global reputation.

Requirements

  • At least 2 years of warehouse experience is required
  • Skilled in Microsoft Office Suite and basic computer operations.
  • Must have a forklift certification or the ability to achieve one quickly.
  • Ability to read, write, and speak English clearly, with the confidence to present information to small groups or clients.
  • Comfortable with fractions, percentages, and decimals, as well as solving practical problems in a fast-paced environment.

Nice To Haves

  • Quality or inspection experience is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Perform rigorous quality inspections on customer parts, machinery, and warranty evaluations.
  • Conduct daily audits of inbound receipts and outbound shipments to guarantee 100% accuracy.
  • Develop and maintain metrics to track progress toward "zero-error" shipping goals.
  • Collect failure data, process non-conformance reports, and work closely with the Quality Manager to initiate improvements.
  • Provide direct feedback to warehouse leads on pulling or packaging errors to help the team grow and improve.
  • Assist with reboxing projects and support other warehouse departments (Warehouse 1 & 3) as needed.
