About The Position

As a Material Handler L3, the role involves performing hands-on warehouse or operational tasks in a fast-paced 3PL environment, adhering to safety, quality, and productivity standards, collaborating with teammates and leadership, and supporting daily operational goals and continuous improvement. This position is responsible for safely and efficiently managing material movement within the warehouse using various equipment and systems, requiring proficiency in Level I and II responsibilities, and including higher-level duties such as equipment inspection, outbound auditing, and adherence to safety and quality standards.

  • Willingness to work overtime, including weekends, as needed to support business operations
  • Capable of working independently while consistently meeting safety, quality, and productivity expectations

Nice To Haves

  • Previous experience operating MHE and working in a warehouse environment preferred

Responsibilities

  • Perform hands-on warehouse or operational tasks in a fast-paced 3PL environment
  • Follow safety, quality, and productivity standards
  • Work collaboratively with teammates and leadership
  • Support daily operational goals and continuous improvement
  • Perform all tasks and duties assigned to Material Handler I and II roles
  • Conduct thorough pre-operational inspections of material handling equipment (MHE), checking for excessive wear, damage, and completing safety checklists before use
  • Report building, equipment, and vehicle maintenance or repair needs to supervision promptly
  • Demonstrate and maintain safe workplace behavior, including correct use of personal protective equipment (PPE) and adherence to material handling and lifting practices
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment by following good housekeeping and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), including sweeping, clearing debris, and cleaning up spills
  • Operate a wide range of MHE, including but not limited to: VNA trucks, stand-up forklifts, slip sheet machines, cherry pickers, and rider-walkies
  • Utilize RF scanners and Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) to execute accurate product movements and inventory transactions
  • Execute outbound functions, including trailer loading and auditing, ensuring proper documentation and compliance with WMS directives
  • Perform all other duties as assigned
