This Warehouse Associate L2 role involves performing hands-on warehouse or operational tasks in a fast-paced 3PL environment, adhering to safety, quality, and productivity standards, collaborating with teammates and leadership, and supporting daily operational goals and continuous improvement.

Requirements

  • Experience in a warehouse or 3PL environment
  • Ability to work on your feet and in a fast-moving operation
  • Strong attendance, teamwork, and safety mindset
  • Willingness to learn and grow
  • Ability to operate all equipment associated with a warehousing environment (material handling equipment, RF scanner)
  • Strong mathematical skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to work at heights of up to 40 ft.
  • Ability to work in cold storage (40◦F)
  • Ability to frequently lift 35 to 50 lbs. and occasionally up to 75 lbs.
  • Ability to stand for long periods of time
  • Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions and procedure manuals
  • Ability to work daily and weekend overtime to meet business needs
  • Ability to work independently while meeting safety, quality and productivity standards
  • Demonstrates reliability and consistently maintains high-quality work standards
  • Highly detail-oriented with strong ability to identify and correct errors
  • Adheres to all procedures, safety guidelines, and compliance protocols
  • Communicates effectively for accurate reporting and timely escalation of issues
  • Collaborates well within a team environment with a focus on continuous improvement
  • Utilizes a root-cause approach to identify and solve problems efficiently
  • Embraces a growth mindset with a commitment to improving efficiency and quality

Nice To Haves

  • High school diploma or GED preferred
  • Previous experience operating MHE and warehouse experience preferred
