This Warehouse Associate L2 role involves performing hands-on warehouse or operational tasks in a fast-paced 3PL environment, adhering to safety, quality, and productivity standards, collaborating with teammates and leadership, and supporting daily operational goals and continuous improvement.
Requirements
- Experience in a warehouse or 3PL environment
- Ability to work on your feet and in a fast-moving operation
- Strong attendance, teamwork, and safety mindset
- Willingness to learn and grow
- Ability to operate all equipment associated with a warehousing environment (material handling equipment, RF scanner)
- Strong mathematical skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work at heights of up to 40 ft.
- Ability to work in cold storage (40◦F)
- Ability to frequently lift 35 to 50 lbs. and occasionally up to 75 lbs.
- Ability to stand for long periods of time
- Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions and procedure manuals
- Ability to work daily and weekend overtime to meet business needs
- Ability to work independently while meeting safety, quality and productivity standards
- Demonstrates reliability and consistently maintains high-quality work standards
- Highly detail-oriented with strong ability to identify and correct errors
- Adheres to all procedures, safety guidelines, and compliance protocols
- Communicates effectively for accurate reporting and timely escalation of issues
- Collaborates well within a team environment with a focus on continuous improvement
- Utilizes a root-cause approach to identify and solve problems efficiently
- Embraces a growth mindset with a commitment to improving efficiency and quality
Nice To Haves
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- Previous experience operating MHE and warehouse experience preferred
