About The Position

You will be responsible for receiving, storing, organizing, and shipping goods in a warehouse. Duties include loading and unloading shipments, operating forklifts or pallet jacks, maintaining inventory, and ensuring a clean and safe workspace. This role requires physical stamina, attention to detail, and teamwork to keep warehouse operations running efficiently.

Requirements

• Previous experience in a warehouse or similar setting is preferred but not required.
• Ability to lift and carry heavy objects, up to 50 lbs.
• Basic math skills for accurate order fulfillment and inventory management.
• Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high-quality standards.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team.
• Flexibility to adapt to changing tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Punctuality and reliability in adhering to the assigned work schedule.
• Due to industry requirements, candidates must be 21 years or older .
• Applicants must provide valid documentation verifying their authorization to work in the U.S.

Responsibilities

• Order Packing: Accurately pick and pack customer orders according to established procedures, ensuring correct items and quantities.
• Pallet Packing: Safely and efficiently assemble and pack pallets for shipment, adhering to safety guidelines and load distribution principles.
• Product Handling: Handle nutrients and soil products with care, following safety protocols and maintaining product integrity during the packing process.
• Bottling Operations: Assist in the filling and packaging of bottles, ensuring compliance with quality standards and production targets.
• Inventory Management: Perform regular inventory checks, report discrepancies, and assist in maintaining organized warehouse spaces.
• Quality Control: Conduct routine quality checks on products to ensure they meet company standards before packaging and shipment.
• Safety Procedures: Adhere to all safety guidelines and regulations, utilizing personal protective equipment (PPE) as required.
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with fellow warehouse associates to ensure a smooth workflow and contribute to a positive team environment.
