About The Position

EventLink Group is looking for a reliable and hardworking Warehouse Assistant to support daily warehouse operations. The role involves receiving, storing, picking, packing, and dispatching goods while maintaining a clean, safe, and organized warehouse environment.

Requirements

• High School diploma or equivalent
• Valid driver’s license
• Minimum two years warehouse or equivalent event experience
• Operational knowledge of in-house equipment
• Ability to drive a forklift, box truck and small trailer
• Good organizational skills
• Ability to lift heavy items (100lbs+)
• General carpentry, mechanic, and handyman skills
• Knowledge of proper loading techniques
• Proficient with Microsoft Office
• Must have a flexible schedule
• Nights and weekends may be required depending on event schedules
• Must be able to complete and pass a background check and drug screen.

Nice To Haves

• Trailer/DOT experience is a plus (Class B or A license preferred)

Responsibilities

• Provide effective stocking and organizing of inventory
• Work with management to keep accurate inventory of all equipment and vehicles
• Assist with loading and unloading equipment and trucks
• Assist with warehouse and grounds maintenance
• Driving a box truck or equipment trailer
• Available to assist with event work
• Assist in maintaining D.O.T compliance
• Willingness to obtain proper license to operate entry level commercial vehicles
