About The Position

Shugarman’s Bath is looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Warehouse Assistant to join our fast-paced operations team. In this role, you’ll play a key part in supporting our bathroom remodeling projects by managing incoming materials, preparing job kits, and ensuring our warehouse stays clean, organized, and fully stocked. You’ll work closely with the supply chain and production teams to ensure every job has the right materials - on time and ready to go. Requirements

  • Team-oriented, proactive, and self-motivated attitude
  • Dependable, punctual, and positive attitude
  • Strong attention to detail and time management
  • Previous warehouse or logistics experience (preferred)
  • Forklift experience or certification (preferred, but we can train you)
  • Basic computer skills for inventory systems
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Authorization to work in the U.S.
  • Must have reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

  • Receive all materials required for production
  • inspect product for damage
  • inspect product for accuracy
  • inform supply chain of missing items/damages
  • Maintain proper levels of inventory and raw materials
  • complete weekly checks of inventory and supplies
  • relay information to supply chain on what is needed to order
  • Prepare materials for production
  • prepare all materials necessary for a specific job, and make it available for the installers to load up.
  • inform the supply chain of any missing items, and find alternate solutions.
  • field calls from installers in the field to check on product availability for them.
  • Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the warehouse
  • keep all materials organized and labeled
  • keep warehouse floors clean and easy to walk through
  • keep office areas clean (office trash, bathrooms, kitchen area)
  • Label and track inventory using our warehouse management system
  • Support delivery drivers with unloading materials
  • Follow all safety protocols and company procedures
  • Operate warehouse equipment such as forklift.
