You take responsibility for mistakes and use them to grow. About the Role: We are seeking a reliable and motivated Warehouse Assistant to join our team at our distribution center. This role is a great opportunity for someone looking to gain hands-on experience with building materials while working alongside a supportive team in a warehouse environment. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, be a quick learner, and take pride in working safely and efficiently. Must be coachable, a team player, and customer service minded. Must follow all safety guidelines to protect yourself and teammates. No direct customer interaction is required. It is an excellent entry-level role for someone looking to build experience with windows, doors, and building materials while learning warehouse operations from the ground up. Paid weekly and overtime available every week!

Requirements

  • Must obey all OSHA policies and procedures.
  • Must be able to pass drug tests and background checks.
  • Manual loading and unloading up to 80+ lbs. consistently.

Responsibilities

  • Load and unload windows, doors, and other building materials at the distribution center.
  • Safely lift, move, stage, and secure materials as part of a team.
  • Assist with organizing, storing, and preparing materials for outgoing and incoming shipments.
  • Assist with basic administrative tasks related to orders, receiving, and warehouse operations.
  • Support the warehouse team with day-to-day coordination and organization.
  • Follow all safety procedures and best practices when handling materials and equipment.
  • Perform basic safety and condition checks on materials during loading and unloading.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient work area.
