Requirements

Proven experience in manufacturing, materials handling, or related roles.
Ability to operate heavy equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks
Familiarity with OSHA safety standards and best practices for heavy lifting and mechanical operations.
Strong physical stamina for heavy lifting tasks and extended periods of standing or moving within the warehouse.
Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail in order fulfillment processes.
Ability to work effectively within a team environment while maintaining safety standards at all times.

Responsibilities

Assist with manufacturing of LED light fixtures and loading and unloading shipments by hand, pallet jacks and fork lift.
Ensure compliance with OSHA safety standards by following proper procedures for heavy lifting, mechanical operations, and warehouse safety protocols.
Assist in packaging products securely for shipment while adhering to quality standards.
Support manufacturing or construction-related tasks as needed, including load & unload activities.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the manufacturing / warehouse environment to promote safety and efficiency.
