Based in sunny Central Florida, we are a dynamic and growing high-tech company. We are seeking a Warehouse and Provisioning Technician to join our Business Operations team in Central Florida. The Warehouse and Provisioning Technician plays a crucial role in ensuring the efficient operation of our warehouse by receiving, testing, and preparing equipment and materials for deployment. This position involves a combination of standard warehouse tasks and specialized provisioning duties, ensuring that our technological solutions are ready for customer use.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma required.
  • 2-5 years of warehouse experience preferred.
  • Experience in shipping, receiving, and inventory management.
  • Forklift certification preferred.
  • Telecommunications industry experience is a plus.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to work independently and efficiently manage time.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills.
  • Ability to lift up to 75 lbs and repeatedly lift 50 lbs.
  • Must be able to pass a criminal background check and drug test.
  • Clean driving record required.

Nice To Haves

  • Forklift certification preferred.
  • Telecommunications industry experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Test and prepare customer premise equipment (CPE) for reissue based on current and upcoming needs.
  • Stock tested/repaired equipment for deployment.
  • Unload freight using the forklift and stock incoming items.
  • Receive, label, and stock freight and packages.
  • Report receiving receipts for invoice payment approval.
  • Process returns and order requests from technicians, storefronts, and Contractors.
  • Prepare and ship packages and freight.
  • Load freight into trucks using the forklift.
  • Perform cycle counts and annual inventories.
  • Monitor inventory levels of non-inventory items such as remote controls and power cords.
  • Help maintain rain protection solutions for items stored outside.
  • Maintain compliance with fire and OSHA regulations.
  • All other duties as assigned
