About The Position

As an Warehouse AM Support - Spray Booth Associate , the primary function of this position is to safely and efficiently spray repaired furniture in the spray booth. The Warehouse Spray Booth Associate is also responsible for monitoring the spray booth to keep it up to standard, inspecting repaired products, changing filters, placing wall and floor coverage, working with drums of lacquer, lacquer thinner, mineral spirit, and repairing shop product refills. A health evaluation and fit test is required to be able to wear the proper Personal Protective Equipment (PPE, respirator, i.e.). Your contributions will ensure the success of the Operations Department at CITY Furniture.

Previous experience required
Lifting up to 75lbs+, bending, prolonged standing and walking
Use of Safety equipment (Personal Protective Equipment: Respirator and Spray Mask.)
Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Programs (i.e. Excel, Word, and Outlook, etc.) Google Suite (i.e. Docs, Sheets, Slides, etc.)
Basic computer skills
Spray gun and sandpaper experience

Responsibilities

Inspect repaired furniture in a safe and efficient manner to meet company standards
Change filters when needed
Place wall and floor coverage
Work with drums of lacquer, lacquer thinner, mineral spirit, and repair shop product refills
Spray lacquer finish onto case good products.
Note: A health evaluation and fit test is required to be able to wear the required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE, i.e. respirator, spray mask) and safely perform this task
