Our location in Olive Branch, Mississippi is currently seeking a Part-time, Admin Support. The scheduled working hours will be Monday-Friday 6:00pm - 12:00am; however, there will be times that require this candidate to come in early or stay late, based on business needs. POSITION SUMMARY: As an Admin Support, you would be responsible for processing and checking orders. You will be required to cross train in order to learn other positions in the warehouse. Requirements

  • Knowledge of Ubique Group's product line with ability to determine kits and components.
  • Familiarity with Sales Force and WMS Manhattan system including use of Familiarity with bin locations
  • LTL experience preferred
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail for accurate handling of shipping documentation.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare and process shipping documents, including Bills of Lading (BOLs) and shipping labels.
  • Enter shipping details into computer systems to track orders and generate invoices.
  • Assign carriers for LTL shipments, obtain freight quotes, and ensure all outbound shipments are processed and routed accurately.
  • Manage and process third-party shipments using a routing guide or portal
  • Maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail in all shipping and documentation tasks.
  • Intermediate computer skills including a working knowledge of MS Excel, MS Word, Email including attachments, folder structure and file handling both on a local machine and network share.
  • Ability to build boxes or other packaging materials to ship customer orders that will prevent damage during shipping
