· Be the friendly first point of contact for new and returning patients · Answer calls and messages with professionalism, empathy, and positivity · Help patients schedule and prepare for their visits · Guide patients through onboarding steps and required paperwork · Collect and update demographic and insurance information · Support eligibility and benefits verification processes as assigned · Communicate clearly about appointments, referrals, and next steps · Coordinate with clinic teams to ensure a smooth patient experience · Document interactions accurately in our systems · Protect patient privacy and maintain HIPAA compliance at all times · Step in to help solve patient concerns and route urgent needs appropriately
