POSITION OBJECTIVE: Manage the uniform inventory to ensure that casino Team Members are dressed to provide a positive culture of exceptional service and value. Our Vision: Creating incredible experiences. Our Core Values: Integrity, Communication, Accountability, Respect, Teamwork JOB SUMMARY: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the Uniforms department. Compile and maintain records of quantity, type and value of wardrobe items stocked at the Casino. Maintain storage area for Team Member’s personal belongings. Issue new uniforms to Team Members. Issue lockers, maintain locker records, and coordinate updated records to the Security Manager frequently. Process uniform items for cleaning. Keeps Service & Training Manager apprised of pertinent department activities.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED certificate.
  • 2 years of related experience to include experience with computerized inventories.
  • 1 year of experience in purchasing/receiving.
  • 2 years of supervisory experience.
  • Ability to read, analyze and interpret inventory reports and documents.
  • Intermediate computer skills.
  • Intermediate report writing skills.
  • Basic math skills.
  • Pass NRWC pre-employment testing.
  • Ability to work all shifts including weekends and holidays.
  • Ability to obtain a Class III Gaming License.

Nice To Haves

  • Working knowledge of power sewing machine operation, stitching, fitting, and altering.
  • Casino supervisory experience.
  • Working knowledge of conveyor equipment.
  • 3 years of experience using garment inventory management system.

Responsibilities

  • Knowledge of departmental Guest Service Standards.
  • Knowledge of casino promotions.
  • Communicate with Service & Training Manager as to the needs and problems within the department.
  • Supervise Wardrobe Inventory Clerk Team Members. Work with and train Team Members in software programs and the overall use and function of the automated system and the department.
  • Troubleshoot problems when system goes down.
  • Handle Vendor and Team member complaints.
  • Establishes and maintains relationships with vendors.
  • Post closures and notices via General Info and Paylocity.
  • Conduct performance reviews, performance improvement plans, and disciplinary actions.
  • Review, approve, and make corrections if needed, to the Wardrobe Inventory Clerks timecards.
  • Scheduling for Wardrobe Inventory Clerks.
  • Completes payroll deduction forms for termed TM’s unreturned uniforms.
  • Sends Payroll Supervisor payroll deduction forms for process.
  • Reconcile invoices/cleaner expense reports.
  • Sends Accounts Payable reconciled invoices/cleaner expense reports.
  • Stock and issue uniforms.
  • Produce quotes and samples for Managers/Directors.
  • Screens and sets up interviews for new hires. Co-conducts interviews with Service & Training Manger.
  • Count supplies of uniforms in stock and post total to inventory records.
  • Compare inventories to computer records.
  • Compute figures from records such as sales orders, production records, or purchase invoices.
  • Adjust errors in count and investigate and report reasons for discrepancies.
  • Prepare computerized reports such as inventory balance, price lists and shortages.
  • Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
