Responsibilities

  • Manage resident admissions, discharges, and transfers by updating records and coordinating with nursing staff.

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date resident files, including medical records and documentation of care provided.
  • Assist in scheduling appointments, tests, and procedures for residents as needed.
  • Support the nursing staff by providing administrative assistance, including ordering supplies and managing inventory.
