Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent; additional administrative or healthcare-related training is a plus
Proven experience in administrative support, preferably in a healthcare setting
Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
Proficiency in using office software such as MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Ability to work independently and handle stressful situations calmly
Attention to detail and confidentiality in handling sensitive information
Flexibility to work night shifts and adapt to changing priorities

Responsibilities

Greet and assist patients, visitors, and staff in a courteous and professional manner
Manage patient admissions, discharges, and transfers accurately and efficiently
Maintain and update patient records, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with privacy regulations
Answer and direct phone calls, handle inquiries, and relay messages promptly
Prepare and process administrative documents, including reports, charts, and correspondence
Coordinate with medical staff and departments to facilitate smooth communication and workflow
Monitor and manage inventory of office supplies and medical forms
Ensure the cleanliness and organization of the reception and administrative areas during night hours
