Requirements

Must have long term care experience with knowledge in the following areas medical terminology multi line phones call light system filing ICD 10 knowledge and good phone etiquette
Have dependable transportation drivers license and car insurance
Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Responsibilities

Provides general administrative clerical and support services to the clinical unit assigned
Ensures optimal and safe patient care by supporting medical and nursing staff
Keeps medical records and all patient care related documents secured and in compliance with state and federal regulations
