About The Position
As Waitstaff at The Wexford, you will: Communicate in a caring and cheerful manner with residents, family members, and other staff. Work effectively within a team, receiving and offering feedback as needed. Maintain clean and stocked service and dining areas to create a welcoming environment.
Requirements
- Previous experience in food service is beneficial but not required.
- Basic written and verbal communication skills.
- Basic point of sales and computer software experience.
- Ability to carry out instructions with basic oversight and guidance.
- Strong customer service mindset.
- Team player who fosters and promotes a positive working culture.
- Passion for food, senior care, and working in a fast-paced environment.
