FSH Waitstaff Full Time PMs

Summary: Under the direct supervision of the Supervisor of Kitchen, Waitstaff performs a variety of patient food service and dish duties, as well as other related tasks.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous hospital and food service experience preferred.
- Ability to communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing.
- Ability to communicate well with co-workers and guests.
- Ability to demonstrate clear oral and written communication skills
- Ability to effectively plan and prioritize work.
- Ability to follow simple recipes.
- Ability to maintain collaborative working relationships to ensure a positive and productive work environment.
- Ability to provide exceptional customer service.
- Knowledge and ability to operate basic kitchen equipment
- Knowledge of food safety guidelines.
- PC competency, working knowledge of Microsoft Office Products (Word/Excel)
