About The Position

As Wait Staff at The Worthington, you will: Communicate in a caring and cheerful manner with residents, family members, and other staff. Work effectively within a team, receiving and offering feedback as needed. Maintain clean and stocked service and dining areas to create a welcoming environment.

Requirements

• Previous experience in food service is beneficial but not required.
• Basic written and verbal communication skills.
• Basic point of sales and computer software experience.
• Ability to carry out instructions with basic oversight and guidance.
• Strong customer service mindset.
• Team player who fosters and promotes a positive working culture.
• Passion for food, senior care, and working in a fast-paced environment.
