About The Position

As an Atlantic Shores Waitstaff you will work together with the Dining Services team to make sure that our residents have an enjoyable dining experience. This is a great entry level job where you can grow and become a part of a team that feels like family. Earn a competitive hourly rate between $15.50 and $18.60 based on years of experience. This is a part-time opportunity with the potential to go full-time. Evening and weekend availability is required between Sunday and Saturday. Typical hours are 4-7:30pm or 11am-7:30pm. Waitstaff will be able to greet residents, take orders, process orders through a Point of Sales system with a calm, friendly demeanor in keeping with a fine dining experience. Works as a team to provide a friendly and enjoyable dining experience. Maintains a clean and organized dining area throughout the shift. Adheres to sanitation and safety procedures. Uses professional communication skills and answers menu questions while taking food orders.
Requirements
- Entry level-no experience necessary
- Good communication skills
- Ability to interact with residents, kitchen staff, and dining team members
- Organization and time-management skills
- Must have reliable transportation to work and be punctual
- Positive attitude and teamwork
Nice To Haves
- Prior food service or hospitality experience is helpful but not required
