About The Position

Spring Mill Pointe is now hiring part-time Waitstaff/Servers to join our
dedicated dining team! Shifts are 3pm-7pm or 4pm-8pm.

As a member of our waitstaff, you’ll play an important role in creating a warm,
welcoming dining experience for our residents and their guests. Your
responsibilities will include setting up, cleaning, and resetting the dining
room, taking menu orders, and serving meals in a timely and courteous manner.
Providing exceptional customer service is at the heart of this role.

Requirements

• Experience in customer service
• Previous food service, fast food, or restaurant experience
• Food Handler’s Permit or SERV Safe Certification (preferred or willingness to obtain)

Nice To Haves

• Experience working with seniors (a plus!)

Responsibilities

• Greet and serve residents and guests in a friendly, timely, and respectful manner
• Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently
• Set up, clean, and reset dining areas before and after meals
• Maintain a clean and organized dining environment
• Collaborate with team members to ensure excellent service and resident satisfaction
