About The Position

TRMF is searching for an individual to be part of the food service team to provide guests with excellent service as they take orders and serve food and beverages.

• Provide outstanding guest service.
• Must give exceptional guest service to all guests.
• Must currently have/obtain North Dakota Food Handlers and Alcohol service license
• Must be able to troubleshoot and create solutions if needed.
• Must be at least 21 years old to serve alcoholic beverages.
• Minimum of three years’ experience preferred working a professional fine dining environment with advanced knowledge of fine wines, classic drinks, dining etiquette and steps of service.
• Must be fluent in English, bilingual a plus.

Responsibilities

• Takes customer menu orders and follow the correct serving process
• Be knowledgeable and promote menu items, including the opportunity to upsell appetizers, desserts and after dinner drinks
• Manage complaints and resolve any issues
• Follow serving etiquette and food handling instructions
• Complete assigned tasks to ensure the restaurant is prepared for meal service
