Requirements

Must be 15 years of age or older
A desire to contribute to an enjoyable dining experience for residents, guests, and team members
A servant spirit with a commitment to delivering excellent service
Customer service experience is preferred, but not required
Strong communication skills (both verbal and written)
Ability to work weekends and holidays as needed
Reliable attendance and punctuality are required

Responsibilities

Serve meals to residents and guests with a friendly and professional demeanor
Accurately take food and drink orders, present checks, and process payments
Assist with cleaning duties, including washing dishes and removing trash from the kitchen and dining areas
Perform other job-related tasks as assigned to ensure smooth dining operations
Maintain a high standard of cleanliness and safety in the dining area
