About The Position

Student Advocacy & Accountability (SAA) seeks a motivated WAE - Case Manager to support student learning, growth, and accountability. Reporting to the Assistant Director of SAA, this role offers hands-on experience in student conduct administration, including interpreting and applying LSU’s Code of Student Conduct and helping students navigate academic and behavioral challenges.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree

• Bachelor's degree
• 1 year of working experience with student conduct.
• Knowledge of legal issues related to higher education and student due process rights.
• Experience in curriculum/training development and implementation.
• Experience with Maxient or other case management tracking tools.

Responsibilities

• Conducts investigations and adjudication of cases in accordance with the Code of Student Conduct and other University policies.
• Manage and develop academic resources, assist in running reports to analyze data to increase efficiencies, conduct training and presentations on behalf of the department.
• Ensures quality, accuracy, and continuous improvement in all programs, communications, and processes.
• Other duties as assigned by the direct supervisor or Director of Student Advocacy & Accountability.
